Yoga energizes, strengthens and relaxes the body and focuses the mind. Regular exercise on the mat strengthens health, increases well-being, balance and reduces stress. Yoga is a wonderful complement to other sports, but above all to personal coaching.

I teach Hatha YOGA Flow, the flowing dynamic form of Yoga. Hatha YOGA Flow combines body movement and breath and turns movement into meditation. Connect to the power in you and feel it with every movement.
